What are the housing options for members to choose from?
The Scenic View Homes Housing Development offers members a choice of a 2 bedroom or 3-bedroom residences to call their own. Members will also be able to select the housing design of their preference at the point of application.
What are the land lot sizes available?
The land lot sizes available for this phase range from 5000sqft to 7423sqft. Members will have the option to select their lot size preference at the point of application.
Can members apply at both locations?
Yes. Applications will be open at the head office and at the New Street Branch office for the membership.
Do you have to be a member of the St. Kitts Credit Union to apply?
Yes. All applicants must be members of the St. Kitts Credit Union to apply for a home.
Can financing be done through another institution?
No. All financing for the Scenic View Homes will be done by the St. Kitts Credit Union. More details will be given at the point of the application process.
Can overseas members apply?
Yes. All members can apply to become homeowners, however, for members overseas, all documentation must be notarized and received in a timely manner for processing.
